GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contracting Parties, Customer Service

3. Shipping Costs
The prices are generally FOB Sialkot Pakistan in USD/GBP/EUR - does not include shipping cost please.
Payments can be made in advance, by credit card or by PayPal.
5. Collection by the Customer
We only dispatch goods. Collection by the customer is unfortunately not possible.
6. Retention of Title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please claim those damages immediately from the deliverer or contact us without delay. A failure to complain to the deliverer or to contact us does not have any effect on your statutory claims and their enforcement, especially on your warranty rights. On the contrary, you help us assert our own claims towards the carrier or the transport assurance.
8. Contract Text Storage
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions via e-mail. You can also read the General Terms and Conditions at any time here on our web site. Your previous orders can no longer be accessed online for safety reasons.
9. Language of the Contract
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
