Shipping

The cost of shipping/delivery is determined by the weight and/or size of your products, handling/packaging, and location.

As a DHL corporate client, we ship the majority of our orders via DHL Courier Service via the United Kingdom, which allows us to provide discounted prices to our clients all over the world. Same days of shipping through DHL's UK facilities, we will provide you with a tracking number.

At client request, we also use SKYNET and Cargo by SEA, as well as Air Mail.

We also provide F.O.B. services. If you have an import account with DHL, FedEx, or UPS, you can pick F.O.B throughout the order process, and we will deliver the shipment to the DHL, FedEx, or UPS office at no cost to you.

Airmail / Postal Service:

For small orders, we solely utilize Airmail. Typically, this service is used for retail orders.

Most direct clients prefer it because it is a less expensive shipping option, but Penskey Enterprises is not responsible for late deliveries because this service lacks a tracking feature. Airmail usually takes 10 days to reach Europe and 15 days to reach the United States, Canada, and Australia.

When the order weight is above 70 kg, only an additional flat rate is applied, and the first kg is waived owing to the large size of the cargo. However, if the order weight is less than 70 kg, the first KG will be charged as usual.
